Trustfund Strategy Limited and its subsidiaries implement controls to prevent, mitigate and manage risks arising from conflicts of interest in its operations and to disclose to clients and other external parties, when those conflicts of interest may arise. This includes:

• Implementation of a Conflicts of Interest Policy and Code of Conduct which are implemented and enforced throughout the firm.
• Robust due diligence processes to vet third-party service providers.
• A one-time pop-up is shown when the site is opened.
